I had a great experience with HomeShield Roofing from start to finish. We needed to replace one entire side of our roof due to ongoing leaking issues from previous solar panel penetrations, and I spoke with several roofing companies and received multiple quotes before making a decision.
Tim was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, straightforward, and very diligent about answering my questions and making sure I understood exactly what was included. HomeShield was also willing to work with me on the pricing, and I felt very comfortable with both the materials they were using and their 15-year workmanship warranty.
The crew showed up as scheduled, completed the entire job in one day, and did everything they said they were going to do. They removed the old roofing, addressed the underlying areas as needed, installed the new roofing system, and left everything clean when they were finished.
After dealing with this roof leaking for quite some time, it was refreshing to have a company come in, do exactly what they promised, and make the entire process easy.

It's easy to see why they have a perfect 5 star rating. We were referred by one of our neighbors after a hail storm came through our neighborhood, they are not a "storm chaser" company, they just do a great job and the word gets out. Roofing is a tough business, no one wants to pay for a new roof, it's not a fun purchase. It's a messy, loud job and nothing ever goes perfectly. What I can say is that this is the best roofing company I've ever worked with, are they perfect, no, no one is. The crews worked very hard and did a very good job. When I did my final inspection I had no area's of concern, the craftmanship was great. One thing that stood out to me was the cleanup, each day the crew cleaned up thoroughly.
